We collect your name, email, phone number, service address, vehicle details and booking history. Payment method is recorded, but full card numbers are never stored on our servers.

2. How we use your data
Your data is used to schedule washes, dispatch the nearest verified professional, generate invoices, send booking updates over email or WhatsApp, and improve our service quality.
3. Sharing with our professionals
The assigned washer sees only your first name, phone number, address and the booked service. They cannot access your payment details or booking history.
4. Notifications
Transactional messages about your bookings are essential to the service. Marketing messages are opt-in and can be turned off from your dashboard at any time.
5. Data retention
Booking and invoice records are retained for seven years to meet tax requirements. Everything else is deleted within 30 days of you closing your account.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time by writing to care@washmycar.in. We respond to every request within 30 days.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by role, and every administrative action on your bookings is logged.
