1. Booking a service
A booking is confirmed once you receive a booking ID. Slots are held for 15 minutes before confirmation. Our professional will wait up to 15 minutes at your address.
Terms of service
Last updated 1 January 2026. By booking a wash with WashMyCar you agree to the terms below.
2. Access requirements
You must provide legal access to the vehicle and a safe place to work. We supply our own water and power; nothing is drawn from your home or society supply.
3. Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to two hours before your slot. Later cancellations may incur a ₹99 travel fee. No-shows are charged in full.
4. Refunds
If you are unhappy with a wash, report it within 24 hours. We will re-wash free of charge or refund the amount to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
5. Memberships
Membership washes reset monthly and unused washes roll over for 30 days. Plans can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the paid period.
6. Liability
We are insured for accidental damage caused during a wash. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, loose trims, aftermarket wraps or items left inside the vehicle.
7. Pricing changes
Prices shown at the time of booking apply to that booking. Membership prices are fixed for the duration of an active billing period.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
